Applications are invited by Tata memorial Hospital, Mumbai from eligible nurses for Post Basic Diploma in Oncology Nursing (25th Batch) of 11 months duration (10 months in class room and one month internship) commencing from June 18, 2012.
Eligibility:
1. Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery or BSc Nursing with experience of 1 year.
2. Nurses from other countries should be eligible to register or get an equivalent certificate from Indian Nursing Council.
3. Should be proficient in reading, writing and spoken English.
Age Limit:
45 yrs. Relaxable in case of sponsored candidates from Regional Cancer Centres, Government Hospital and Private medical Colleges. Relaxable for SC / ST / OBC as per rules.
Course Fees:
Non-Sponsored Indian Candidates: Nil
Sponsored Candidates: Rs.27,500/- (Rupees Twenty Seven Thousand Five Hundred only)
International Candidates: Rs.55,000/- (Rupees Fifty Five Thousand only)
Stipend:
Non-Sponsored candidates will be paid a stipend of Rs.4000/- pm. (Rupees Four Thousand only) during the course.

It is mandatory to produce documentary evidence (e.g. Certificate from dean of his / her Institution or supplementary PG registration certificate from State MCI branch) that the postgraduate degree is recognized by the Medical Council of India at the time of interview.
Nurses who meet the eligible requirements and are motivated and interested in career development may submit the online application along with a medical fitness certificate from a Registered Medical Practitioner. Nonrefundable Demand Draft of Rs. 60/- (Rs.15/- for SC / ST candidates) drawn in favour of Tata Memorial Centre, Mumbai, on or before 27.04.2012 to H.R.D. Dept., Tata Memorial Hospital, Parel, Mumbai - 400 012.
Last date for submission of completed applications is 27-04-2012.
